To meet Hong Kong’s continued needs for commercial building development, the Town Planning Board has approved the commercial building redevelopment application for Ideal Plaza in Tsuen Wan with conditions on 28th January 2022, where about 88,500 square feet of space would be annotated as “Business" zone.
The project has a site area of about 7,767 square feet. The relaxation of its plot ratio is about 16%, from 9.832 times to 11.4 times, while the building height is relaxed by 8% to 108.305 meters from the benchmark of 100 meters.
